Links I Love

Happy Sunday!

How has your weekend been?! Or, if you’re reading this on Monday, how was your weekend?

Mine has been filled with fun with friends and family, awesome food, some good workouts, and lots of holiday cheer!

Today I’m linking up with the fabulous Amanda to share some of my “Link Love.”

These are some things I’ve found across the web – from fitness articles, to recipes, clothes, career/ blogging/ life tips, and more!

Feel free to share some of your own links in the comments below!

Link-Love

Fitness:

Treadmill Strength Workout via The Hungry Runner Girl – I love breaking up runs with strength circuits, and this is a great one!

12 Habits of Highly Motivated Runners via Runner’s World – I also love laying all my things out the night before (and wearing as much of my workout outfit to bed as possible), so I don’t even need to think in the morning – I can just GO!

12 Days of Fitness Workout via The Fitnessista – A great workout, and since it has a festive title, for some reason I’m super excited and motivated to do it in the days leading up to Christmas (weird, I know).

The Truth About Setting Your Treadmill Incline via Women’s Running – I’ve always set my incline to at least .5 – 1 for steady-state treadmill runs. Now I don’t know if I should keep doing that or put it down to 0? #RunnerProbs

21 Little Lifestyle Changes That Will Help You Get Healthier via BuzzFeed – I love (and already do!) numbers 5, 7, 9, 11, 12, 13 (I want one so badly!), 15, and 17.

Learning to Run Early in the Morning via Runner’s World – I need to get back to doing this again. When I worked 8:30-5 this past summer I was great at getting up at 6 and getting a workout in. Now that I can sleep in since I have afternoon/ evening classes, my “early morning runs” don’t usually start until 10 or 11.

The Best Bodyweight Workouts by Bloggers via Life in Leggings – I love these workouts because you can do them anytime, anywhere with no equipment! They’re particularly great for the holiday season when so many of us are traveling.

Fashion:

Outfits to Recreate via The College Prepster – I’ve always adored Carly‘s style, and these outfits are some of my favorites!

A Very Merry Holiday Prep via Gal Meets Glam – Julia‘s style is a bit more formal (and gorgeous!!) than my everyday wardrobe, but as I get older, I’m finding myself favoring classic pieces more and more, and I’m obsessed with all of her outfits. I love her blog for style and beauty inspiration, and this outfit is one I would definitely wear this holiday season.

Patagonia Better Sweater Fleece Jacket via Saint Bernard – My Patagonia fleece got a massive pen stain on it (I blame finals!) last week that I couldn’t fully get out, so I’m in search for a new one.

Steve Madden Booties via Asos – I finally found little black booties over Thanksgiving break, but now I could really use some brown booties. I love these, but they’re out of stock almost everywhere!

Pale Pink Coat via Nordstrom – I’ve been in search of a nice long coat for a couple years now, and this one is gorgeous!

Stadium-Cloth Cocoon Coat via J.Crew – This one (in camel or gray) may be a little more practical.

LIKEtoKNOW.it via Instagram – I love how all you have to do is like your favorite fashion blogger’s photos, and the items are sent right to your email inbox!

Food:

Tips for Eating Out via Cait’s Plate – Some great tips and suggestions for healthy finds at some of my favorite restaurants.

Healthy Flourless Pumpkin Gingerbread Blondies via The Big Man’s World – These sound (and look!) incredible. I think I might make them this week for a healthier treat (to alternate with all the other desserts in my house right now ;)).

Almost 5 Ingredient Pizza Spaghetti Pie via PaleOMG – I’m going to make this with my mom for dinner over Christmas break and I cannot wait!

Hearty Sausage, Butternut Squash, Kale & White Bean Soup via Carrots ‘N’ Cake – There’s nothing better than a steaming bowl of soup on a winter night.

Sweet Potato Protein Bars via The Lean Green Bean – I’ve been eyeing these bad boys for quite some time, and now that I’m home, it’s finally time to whip them up!

Slow Cooker Carrot Butternut Soup via Peas and Crayons – Another soup recipe I want to cook with my mom over winter vacation!

Toasted Coconut Golden Oreo Cookie Balls via Kraft Recipes – I’ve mentioned my love for Oreo truffles before, and these sound just as yummy and easy!

Protein Blondies via Run Eat Repeat – I’ve made these healthy blondies before (and loved them), but I’m thinking about trying them with peanut butter or flavored almond butter, and chocolate protein powder? I know, I’m wild.

Career:

Productive Things You Can Do While Job Hunting via The Everygirl – Something I’m doing this break (that isn’t nearly as fun as blogging or baking), is applying to jobs. #SeniorInCollegeProbs

Killer Advice for Perfecting Your Resume via Bloglovin’ – I feel like I’m constantly editing my resume, but these tips make me feel like I can make it much better than it is now!

Blog:

7 Habits to Adopt Now for Blog Success Next Year via The Blog Market – I’ve already started working on all of these, so I’m hoping they become “habit” by the time 2016 rolls around.

How to Get Engagement on Social Media via The SITS Girls – These ladies certainly know what they’re talking about when it comes to blogging, so I’ve been collecting all of their tips.

How to Make Money from Your Healthy Living Blog via In It 4 The Long Run – As I mentioned in my last post, I love Georgie’s blog, and all of her advice is worth listening to!

Step Up Your Instagram Game via Bloglovin’ – A huge goal of mine for the new year is to improve my Instagram, and these tips are super helpful!

Life:

5 Ways to Make 2016 Your Best Year Yet via Thirteen Thoughts – “Follow your bliss and don’t be afraid, and doors will open where you didn’t know they were going to be.” – Joseph Campbell. Love that!

20 Of The Most Inspiring Travel Quotes of All Time via Project Inspo – As you might know, I love to travel, so this post gave me the travel itch again.

8 Life Lessons Your Future Self Will Thank You For via Project Inspo – “Your scars make you beautiful.” This is such a hard lesson to learn, but it’s an important one.

21 Things Life Is Too Short Not To Do via Thought Catalog – I love these and definitely need to do them all – especially numbers 8, 10, 12, and 15!

That’s all for now!
